Returning the Oracle to the Navel
Navel of the Earth is moving!
Hello from Aotearoa,
I’ve been landing back in the city after a very transformative time exploring the navel of the island, and getting ready to leave for Bali this weekend. Returning, as an oracle, to the navel point unexpectedly and wildly anchored me more deeply into the seat of my knowing, gifts, and purpose for being here on these lands. It was a big soul homecoming and turning point in my journey here!
During my week on this part of the island, I also launched a new version of Navel of the Earth. This has been the name of my Substack for a while, but it became clear over the last month that Navel of the Earth is more than a space to share my writing, but needed to upgrade and become a place for oracles to converge and swim in the mystery together to call forward the lost wisdom, knowledge, and lineages of magic through oracular herstorys.
So, I launched a membership under the same name. Navel of the Earth is now a monthly community offering for bridges, oracles, seekers, medicine weavers, storytellers, and those courageously walking the path of soul to remember what has been forgotten.
Each month, we will gather together as a small community pod (like a pod of whales exploring the oceanic depths of feminine consciousness!) for a 90-minute call that will include a brief talk around our monthly theme, a 45-minute soul regression journey, community shares, reflections, and questions, and a ritual prescription to support the integration of the sweet medicine that has streamed through. Community members will also receive follow-up writing with stories, musings, and teachings about what came through for our group and the recording from our journey.
What is Soul Regression?
Soul regression is a guided journey into the depths of your soul—beyond the mind, beyond the story you’ve been told about who you are in this lifetime and into your true expanse, expression, purpose, and magic. It’s a remembering. A way of accessing the wisdom, experiences, and imprints your soul has carried across time—through past lives, ancestral memory, and the unseen realms of existence.
Through deep relaxation and altered states of consciousness, we slip into the liminal, where the veils thin, and the past, present, and future weave together. Here, we uncover the threads of old wounds, karmic patterns, soul gifts, lost lineages of magic, and forgotten wisdom. It’s not just about peering into past lives; it’s about reclaiming lost parts of yourself, untangling the knots that keep you bound, and stepping more fully into the truth of your being. It’s about awakening to your power as a woman, oracle, healer, story teller, and creator.
At its core, soul regression is an act of coming home—to yourself, to your soul’s magic, to the vast remembering of who you have always been.
This work is mysterious and requires great openness, trust, and surrender. What is uncovered through this work is real and can be trusted, even if it doesn’t make sense at first or takes a few years to integrate. What we remember through this work awakens something within us and continues to spark remembrances for years to come.
Returning the Oracle to the Navel
My work has always been about returning women back to the seat of their power—to their own knowing, wisdom, choices, voices, and creative magic to heal, birth, and weave worlds.
Soul regression is the most mystical and effortless way I have found to assist this process in a way that centers the woman’s own channel, rather than outsourcing information from outside the infinite well of memory within. Because when you always seek answers from outside yourself, you will never know how much wisdom and power is already within you.
The other big piece within Navel of the Earth to support this process is ritual. When we facilitate ritual we are mending realities and creating change in our world, becoming bridges that weave the unseen into the material. Ritual is soul food. It is a deep well of healing nourishment that can be trusted. Each month I will be channeling a community ritual to support the alchemy moving through the theme of the month. The rituals and prescriptions that will come through for our pod will be streamed through by my guides, the little people, and the various other nature spirits and ancestors of the land I connect to.
Together as a community we will reclaim lost expressions of our souls, remember and mend broken mother lineages, resurrect magic, power, and soul gifts, heal stuck or wounded expressions of the soul, and unlock so much wisdom and nectar for feminine healing!
March’s Journey Theme
Each month will have a theme for our journey work. March’s theme is: Reclaiming your Feminine Force.
The feminine carries a flame within that can ignite, transmute, destroy, alchemize, and create anything from nothing. This is the feminine force and it is the same force that rises up from the birth portal of the mother deep within the earth. This feminine force constantly reminds us that, as women, we are not mere vessels for creation; we are the living embodiments of creation itself. Like the universe, our creative potential knows no bounds, and we possess the power to weave our realities in ways we have only scratched the surface of.
Each woman’s awakening will ask her to reclaim and restore this force: her vitality, her passion, pleasures, desires, purpose, song, and fire to shape her life as she births her dreams.
We need the volcanic eruptions of the woman, the earthquaking, earthwaking qualities of her feminine force. This is your power, and it is time to remember it.
What this Means for Substack
Over the next month, I will delete posts from my Substack and transfer some writings to a private blog under the new Navel of the Earth platform, hosted on my website. Paid Substack subscribers will still have access to the archive of posts here until early-mid April. From then, I will be canceling subscriptions.
