The Medicine of Creating Space

How creating space allows room for what you truly desire to be received

It’s no secret I love purging.

I love clearing out the old to prepare for the new. I love devouring my web and creating a new one like my spider friends.

I love clean slates and fresh starts.

I love it because it makes me feel light and free.

Whenever I create space through the tension of releasing blocks, clearing stagnation, and letting go of the old, I am met with joy, freedom, empowerment, truth, and what I need and desire on a soul level.

Sometimes, it looks really big, like throwing out one reality as I step into a new one.

Sometimes, it's subtle and internal, like letting go of a belief or thought form that is no longer needed so I can embrace the faith and hope I need to alchemize my visions.

Sometimes, it’s just cleaning the house on a more mundane material level, but letting that create space mentally and emotionally for the new to come in.

You know that feeling when you have a messy bedroom (or a giant pile of dirty dishes in the sink if you are me 🙈 ) that you’ve been avoiding cleaning, and maybe it affects your mood, or you have trouble sleeping because of it? Then you clean your room and feel clear, free, and at peace? This metaphor can be applied to every area of your life.

If you want to call in a new job but are exhausted from endless work that drains you, then you simply do not have the space or energy cleared up for another job to come in.

If you lack the energy to create your life, you must look to what needs to be let go of, cleared, or where energy can be freed up to revitalize your creative magic!

These are fundamental laws of the nature of creation. Energy fills where it can easily flow. This can relate to energetic/emotional/physical capacity within ourselves or to a more external material level, and often, there is a direct connection between the two.
